In its original form as "Miz Darby", Elmore's song perfomed by the B-Team Blues Band won a nomination for best blues song in the Just Plain Folks Music Awards for the year 2004. I adapted it to suit me, changing it to "Miz Lillian", and I perform it both solo and with my group, WOODY. This recording was made with the B-Team Blues Band at the annual Loved Ones Reunion in 2008 at Big Greene Acres, near Jonesborough, Tn. Buncha fun!
